Software Engineer, Full Stack - Tooling

2+ years of experience in Full Stack software development. Experience with programming languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or similar. Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and basic system architecture. Experience using LLMs programmatically (a plus). Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Solid software engineering practices: coding, testing, code reviews, documentation. B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Strong problem-solving mindset and creative thinking for technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. Quick learner, adept at adopting new tools and technologies. Willingness to step outside comfort zone and tackle challenges.

Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to build innovative tools for issue diagnosis and resolution. Create systems to help teams identify root causes and implement solutions at scale. Own end-to-end feature delivery: understanding pain points, coding, testing, and deployment. Serve as a technical resource for escalated customer issues, uncovering root causes and building solutions. Scale support infrastructure to handle increasing complexity while maintaining customer satisfaction.
