Requirements:
5+ years of sales, business development and/or strategic partnership experience. Proven ability to own and drive monthly/quarterly revenue goals tied to OKRs. Startup experience and an existing network within SMB is a major plus. High level of overall business acumen and understanding of a variety of partner business models. Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets. Proven track record of exceeding sales or partnership performance targets. Outstanding deck and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with limited direction. Ability to travel and source partnerships as needed.
Responsibilities:
Build a partnership strategy through identifying and evaluating high yield partner verticals. Source, manage and optimize our affiliate program both internally and externally. Design, implement, and optimize various types of partner business models. Lead the end-to-end execution of partnership agreements through impact.com. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track partnership performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
