Requirements:

VP+ or C-suite human resources leader. 20+ years experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals. Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace. Self-aware with high emotional intelligence. Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment. Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for coaching. Able to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions. Participate in ongoing training sessions. Communicate with members via email or app chat between sessions. Share coaching tools and insights with the Mento coaching community. Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a community ambassador.
