Requirements

Responsibilities
- Run virtual and in-person appointments with property sellers
- Negotiate property acquisition prices and terms
- Field calls from potential buyers and sellers
- Follow up and nurture real estate leads
- Show deals to local investors
- Network and find organic property leads
- Build relationships with local investors
