Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to balance technical delivery with mentoring Excellent problem-solving skills Strong skills in Python for data science (pandas, numpy, scikitlearn, pyspark) Hands-on with at least one cloud data platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks) Familiar with data warehousing tools (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, Snowflake) Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning models Experience with MLOPS tools (Databricks, mlflow, AWS Sagemaker, Vertex AI) Experience with Git code versioning workflow and platforms (Github, Azure Devops, Gitlab etc)
