Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer

Proven expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio). Strong skills in Tableau, Python, and SQL. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience working with NetSuite ERP or similar enterprise financial systems. A CFA designation (or in progress). Knowledge of data engineering workflows, ETL processes, and metadata modeling. Hands-on experience with data warehouses or data lakes. Excellent communication skills to make complex data easy for executives to understand.

Build and maintain dynamic BI dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Integrate financial data from NetSuite ERP and other systems. Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams. Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning with data-driven insights. Deliver actionable recommendations by blending financial expertise with technical skills. Empower finance teams to run their own analysis with self-service tools. Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and fast, following best practices for data governance and compliance.
