Business Intelligence Engineer

Strong experience with Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda). Proven ability to model, transform, and visualize data effectively. Experience building dashboards in Looker (or similar BI tools). A mix of technical depth and commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills and a passion for clarity, accuracy, and storytelling with data.

Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, data warehouse, and data lake on AWS. Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data flow across systems. Optimize performance, reliability, and data governance throughout the pipeline. Develop high-quality, insightful dashboards in Looker. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and operational needs. Deliver clear, actionable insights. Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Partner with leadership to provide analytics that drive decision-making. Communicate complex findings in simple, impactful ways.
