Requirements:
Significant experience designing features for high-volume consumer apps. At least 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer. Strong skills in interface design, usability principles, and design systems. Product-oriented mindset, balancing data, business requirements, and user experience. Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Excel at communicating with cross-functional teams, ideally in a squad system. Strong sense of ownership and autonomy, balanced with constructive feedback skills.
Responsibilities:
Co-lead a product squad to steer discovery, delivery, and impact. Translate KPIs into actionable design hypotheses and guide data-informed decisions. Coach and mentor designers through critiques and feedback. Shape product design strategy and ensure design system scalability. Identify and fix friction in design and product development workflows.
