Senior Product Manager

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthtech, consulting, or startups Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within scope Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making Exceptional communication skills, able to align stakeholders and engineers on the big picture while also diving into the details to ensure clarity, accuracy, and shared understanding Passion for Hey Jane’s mission and a commitment to expanding access to essential healthcare

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, requirements gathering, and design to launch, measurement, and iteration Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and mission Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements Develop and oversee testing and launch plans to ensure products meet quality standards and deliver intended outcomes Use data and user insights to inform decisions, validate solutions, and measure outcomes Advocate for patients and providers by deeply understanding their needs and pain points Ensure product initiatives meet compliance, safety, and quality standards in a healthcare environment Mentor and support other product team members, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation
