Sales Engineer - Public Safety - United States (REMOTE)

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a pre- and post-sales technical support position OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a pre- and post-sales technical support position Proficiency with radio frequency instruments (signal generators, spectrum analyzers) Willingness to travel and work at customer sites Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 12 months Must be a U.S. Citizen

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support Conduct product demonstrations Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations in the field Provide feedback to the development team Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance
