Developer Tooling Coordinator

Extensive hands-on experience building on Ethereum (smart contracts, dApps, infrastructure, or developer tools). Strong, well-informed opinions about how the ecosystem should evolve. Experience across multiple layers: smart contract development (Solidity/Vyper), modern client libraries (viem, wagmi, ethers.js), development frameworks (Foundry, Hardhat), frontend integrations (RainbowKit, ConnectKit). Understand developer pain points. Ability to seamlessly move between strategic discussions and deep code analysis. Experience managing resource allocation tradeoffs (bonus). Experience leading technical initiatives across teams (bonus). Experience identifying and acting on emerging technology trends (bonus).

Help drive strategic technical decisions for Ethereum's developer ecosystem. Tackle critical strategic questions regarding language support, project balance, tool development strategy, and AI integration. Work collaboratively across teams, from codebases to leadership on grants and support strategy. Contribute to opinionated technical decisions based on leading indicators. Review implementations and contribute code. Make technical architecture decisions based on metrics and intuition. Define own approach, experiment, and take ownership.
