7+ years in banking technology, software vendors, or consulting Pre-sales or solution engineering experience Strong understanding of core and transaction banking processes Track record in designing and presenting solutions Experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders Proven ability to craft value propositions and business cases Excellent communication skills in English German highly preferred for DACH engagements Familiarity with SAP and/or other core banking systems
