Requirements:
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI-focused companies 3+ years hands-on experience with modern AI/ML technologies Familiarity with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) Direct experience with large language models, fine-tuning, and deployment Knowledge of transformer architectures and neural network fundamentals Experience with vector databases Knowledge of AI safety, ethics, and responsible AI practices Familiarity with AI APIs and integration patterns Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation Proven track record launching products using agile methodologies Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
Responsibilities:
Define and execute product roadmap for AI/ML features Prototype and experiment with AI models (LLMs, multimodal AI, generative systems) Design AI workflows including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG systems Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the AI landscape Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams Establish success metrics and present product vision to executive leadership Stay current with emerging AI research
