Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a designer or marketing artist in gaming, entertainment, or consumer apps. Video editing experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). A polished portfolio of mobile marketing assets. Deep understanding of design for performance (e.g., CTR, IPM) in a mobile context. Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 2D motion graphics and basic video editing skills. Very detail-oriented, resourceful, and responsible. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Design eye-catchy creatives for marketing (videos, statics, playables, cinemagraphs, social media, app stores, promotional content, influencer kits). Brainstorm and create marketing creatives from ideation to full implementation. Leverage pop culture and current events for relevant organic social content and ads. Monitor best practices in social media & UA creatives for mobile games. Ensure creative adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and IP partner standards. Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to hit quality and performance benchmarks. Stay on top of trends in mobile gaming marketing design.
