Requirements
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects for advanced graphic animations is a big plus
- Strong understanding of captions, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content
- Must commit to full-time capacity (40+ hours/week)
- Comfortable with faith-based Christian content
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form content: vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos
- Edit short-form content: Reels, TikToks, Shorts
- Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles
- Work closely with the team to script and finalize concepts
- Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content
- Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill-sharing
