Requirements:

Active compact RN license and licensed to practice as an APP in Georgia. Minimum of 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP. Experience treating high-risk patients. Some experience caring for infants. Demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes. Experience using data to drive patient engagement, activation, and outcomes. Experience leading successful teams. Facility using multiple tech platforms. Willingness to obtain licenses in all US states. If an NP, residence in a nursing compact state.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight. Attend daily clinical huddles. Review complex patient cases and develop care plans. Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retros. Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols. Participate in on-call schedules, including overnight and weekends.
