Requirements:
- Active compact RN license and licensed to practice as an APP in Texas
- A minimum of 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP
- Experience treating high-risk patients and caring for infants
- Passion for optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes
- Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
- Experience leading successful teams with outstanding collaboration
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to approach process change and ambiguity with enthusiasm
- Facility using multiple tech platforms and eagerness to advise on improvements
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
- If an NP, residence in a nursing compact state
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight
- Improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients
- Attend daily clinical huddles
- Review complex patient cases and develop care plans
- Monitor adverse events and hold clinical retros
- Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols
- Participate in on-call schedules including overnight and on weekends
