Requirements:
- Active compact RN license
- Licensed to practice as an APP in Texas or Georgia
- Minimum 4 years of obstetric experience, including treating high-risk patients
- Some experience caring for infants
- Demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes
- Experience using data to drive patient engagement, activation, and outcomes
- Experience leading successful teams with strong collaboration and teamwork
- Facility using multiple tech platforms
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in FL and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight
- Attend daily clinical huddles
- Review complex patient cases and develop care plans
- Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives
- Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms
- Participate in on-call schedules including overnights and weekends
