Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three years in a training role. Experience with delivering both virtual and in-person training. Experience in the education, communications, or HR fields; healthcare industry experience is highly desirable. Experience creating multimedia training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and job aids. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and remote training solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams). Experience with virtual conference applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect). Salesforce is a plus. Telephonic customer-service experience, particularly in healthcare administration. Advanced knowledge and skills in Adult Learning and e-Learning principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including public speaking. Strong coaching skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to apply adult learning theories effectively. Exceptional leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead diverse training programs, including new hire onboarding, upskilling, and refresher courses. Design new programming and iterate on existing content. Provide targeted coaching and feedback. Design, update, and refine training materials. Measure training effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders. Reinforce learning through hands-on methods. Stay ahead of industry trends. Serve as an interim manager for new hires.
