Currently enrolled in a Japanese prestigious university (Bachelor's or Master's) STEM major with excellent math skills Interest in the education business, love for children, and strong sense of responsibility Priority given to those with experience teaching elementary school math Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue with students and parents Preference for individuals with a lively and outgoing personality and good camera presence Native Japanese speaker Basic English/Chinese communication ability is a plus
Responsibilities:
Teach math in Japanese to elementary school students Use proprietary textbooks and the company's app Participate in training and development events to foster student interest Prepare and optimize courses Provide individualized support based on academic ability and personality Check homework regularly Conduct regular tests and exams Communicate with parents about student progress
