Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a prestigious Japanese university. Major in a science field with excellence in mathematics. Interest in the education industry, love for children, and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience teaching elementary school math (school, organization, or private) is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents. A lively and sociable personality with a good on-camera presence is preferred. Native Japanese speaker; basic English/Chinese communication ability is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Teach math to Japanese elementary students using Think Academy's curriculum and app. Prepare and optimize course content. Provide individualized support based on student's academic level and personality. Evaluate student progress through homework checks and tests, and communicate with parents.
