Minimum of four years' experience troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings. Competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, or CCDA (understand file structure and specs). Experience using SQL. Experience with SFTP and VPN connectivity. Ability in time management, self-task prioritization, proactive issue resolution, and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders. Bachelor Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in interoperability, troubleshooting healthcare application/data issues, or combined competencies.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with chat issues beyond analyst scope. Troubleshoot tickets requiring in-depth technical assistance. Handle multiple support issues concurrently. Escalate issues to the next level for faster resolution. Determine issue diagnosis (root cause) and corrective procedures. Troubleshoot connectivity issues requiring Foundation team assistance (SFTP, VPN). Triage vendor-reported issues. Escalate issues to interface vendors. Execute project tasks with supervision.
