Minimum of four years' experience troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings. Competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, or CCDA (understand file structure and specs). Experience using SQL. Experience with SFTP and VPN connectivity. Ability in time management, self-task prioritization, proactive issue resolution, and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders. Bachelor Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in interoperability, troubleshooting healthcare application/data issues, or combined competencies.
