Experience with data processing (e.g., Pandas) and API integration using Python. Experience with data aggregation and analysis using SQL (including analytical functions and optimization of complex queries). Development and operation experience using AWS or GCP (experience with serverless architecture is a plus). Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Ability to logically explain your experience and results, including background, purpose, actions, and results. Ability to analyze issues from an objective perspective based on data and facts, and explain them separately from your own opinions. Proactive approach to problems and troubles, with a sense of ownership. Communication skills to interact smoothly with development teams and business-side stakeholders. Learning attitude with curiosity to self-learn and try new technologies and information. Fluent level of Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher).

Design, data collection, measurement, and reporting of productivity and health metrics for the entire development organization and processes. Analyze bottlenecks based on collected data and facts, and propose concrete improvement measures. Collaborate with scrum teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and QAs to introduce improvement measures and measure their effects.
