Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. At least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role. Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred. Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with customer project POCs and cross-functional project teams. Ensure project alignment with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Maintain strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit.
