6+ years of professional engineering experience 3+ years of experience in Flutter/Dart Demonstrated ability to architect maintainable, modular mobile systems Mastery of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, performance profiling, and popular state management approaches Experience working with Protobuf/gRPC in Dart Track record of leading a team of engineers, shipping and supporting large-scale mobile apps in production Fluency in RESTful API design, mobile CI/CD, and Git-based workflows Strong understanding of AI-driven development tools Familiarity with hallucination mitigation strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills
