Participate in creating IT solutions from start to finish Develop web applications (new features, bugfixing, refactors) Participate in designing architecture of new solutions and development infrastructure Participate in code reviews and ensure quality of created solutions Continuously improve development process standards Close collaboration with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs) Ensure high software quality and high task delivery pace
