For Juniors: Min. completed university degree (Bachelor's/Engineer's) in IT or related fields, OR min. 2 years of commercial experience with PHP + React.js Willingness and ability to learn complex technical solutions quickly Ability to use modern AI tools in programming (like Cursor / Windsurf) Practical knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY etc.) Proficiency in using version control systems, e.g., Git Ownership, independence, and responsibility for assigned tasks Accuracy and diligence in work (individually and in a team) Fluent knowledge of Polish

Participate in end-to-end IT solution creation Develop web applications (new features, bugfixing, refactors) Participate in designing architecture of new solutions and development infrastructure Participate in code reviews and ensure quality of created solutions Continuously improve development process standards Closely cooperate with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs) Ensure high programming quality and pace of delivered tasks
