Requirements:
Degree / Diploma preferred but not required. 7+ years in development roles. Firm grasp of Laravel framework (v10.0 and later) focused on Blade templating. Competent in software design patterns. Firm grasp of Tailwind CSS framework or another utility-based CSS approach preferred. Experience with AWS or similar tools preferable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously throughout all stages of development. Good understanding of front and back-end development. Proficient in written and oral English communication.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and implement high-quality Laravel PHP based platform. Diagnose and resolve complex issues on high traffic websites. Lead on projects/tasks from solution design to implementation. Participate in Agile ceremonies. Self-plan and provide unique solutions to complex problems. Deliver on deadlines and become involved in the lifecycle of products. Fix bugs and approve peer work as part of the development process. Optimize application code for web performance and accessibility.
