Design and implement ML models for business needs Perform EDA to identify trends and anomalies Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and data needs Build scalable and maintainable ML workflows Monitor model performance and retrain when needed Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams Mentor junior team members Contribute to internal standards on testing, reproducibility, and documentation Stay current with advances in ML and AI
