- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risk exposures and trader requirements.
- Drive development and execution of product deliverables for risk management and incident response.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis on trading risk frameworks.
- Translate risk and incident requirements into actionable user stories for engineering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries in risk and incident response.
- Define and monitor KPIs for risk mitigation and response times.
- Continuously iterate on risk framework and incident response capabilities.
