Requirements:
- Demonstrable exposure to product management or development of low-latency or high-frequency trading systems.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to understand complex financial models and trading strategies.
- Deep technical understanding of electronic trading system components.

Responsibilities:
- Drive focus, design, and improvement of HFT systems for sub-millisecond latency.
- Achieve and maintain 99.99% uptime for critical trading systems.
- Shape product activities for commercial impact, P&L, market share, and capital efficiency.
- Lead discovery, design, and development of trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.
- Develop, own, and communicate product roadmap aligned with stakeholders.
- Oversee stress-testing of trading systems and integration into back-testing frameworks.
- Define and integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the product roadmap.
- Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges, scan competitive landscape.
- Act as central communication hub between traders, quants, engineers, and business stakeholders.
