Integration Engineer: Customer Data Integrations (Remote, Americas)

Minimum two years of professional and/or academic experience in software engineering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in JavaScript. Experience building applications using React. Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js. Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (DOM parsing/manipulation, browser debugging). Ability to work between PST and GMT+1 time zones. Experience with tools for querying, managing, or analyzing data (e.g., OpenSearch, ClickHouse, SQL) is a bonus.

Act as a technical partner to customers during onboarding and integration. Assist customers by troubleshooting, reviewing implementations, and validating data quality. Develop scalable solutions for recurring integration issues. Build internal tools like dashboards for customer integration visibility. Support evolution of event tracking capabilities. Contribute to documentation, training materials, and developer resources. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and other engineering teams.
