Perform brief, evidenced-based virtual individual and/or group counseling for low to moderate acuity patients. Develop, monitor, and document comprehensive treatment plans. Consult reference material (e.g., DSM) for diagnoses and treatment plans. Exercise clinical judgment and support behavioral health services. Demonstrate skill in written and oral communication, case formulation, and presentation. Communicate TRICARE requirements and benefits to patients. Prepare and maintain patient records in accordance with SOPs. Recommend hospitalization and determine fitness for duty. Assess and complete Active Duty Profiles, MEB, MSE, and command consultations. Prepare reports of evaluations according to applicable regulations. Attend staff meetings for case discussion, continuing education, and quality improvement. Update patient charts/information within 72 business hours post-appointment.
