Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Military Focus)

Master's degree in social work from an accredited school. Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience as a Clinical Social Worker using virtual platforms. Experience performing bio-psychosocial evaluations. Experience developing behavioral health treatment plans. Experience administering Active Duty Profiles. Experience conducting Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) evaluations. Experience making fitness for duty determinations. Experience providing psychotherapy. A current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice Clinical Social Work independently, offered by a U.S. State, District of Columbia, commonwealth, territory or jurisdiction. Must be able to obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross.

Perform brief, evidenced-based virtual individual and/or group counseling for low to moderate acuity patients. Develop, monitor, and document comprehensive treatment plans. Consult reference material (e.g., DSM) for diagnoses and treatment plans. Exercise clinical judgment and support behavioral health services. Demonstrate skill in written and oral communication, case formulation, and presentation. Communicate TRICARE requirements and benefits to patients. Prepare and maintain patient records in accordance with SOPs. Recommend hospitalization and determine fitness for duty. Assess and complete Active Duty Profiles, MEB, MSE, and command consultations. Prepare reports of evaluations according to applicable regulations. Attend staff meetings for case discussion, continuing education, and quality improvement. Update patient charts/information within 72 business hours post-appointment.
