Requirements:
Native European Portuguese speaker. C1+ level English. 1-3 years of experience with subtitling, translation, dubbing translation/dubbing script creation, quality control, or other localization process steps. Expert knowledge of Portuguese lingo, slang, cultural references, and sensitivities. Organized and structured, adaptable to changes. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Empathetic and proactive team leader.
Responsibilities:
Create subtitles in European Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Implement feedback from Language Coordinator. Meet tight deadlines for multiple projects. Respond to QC feedback within 24 hours. Assist in creating localized metadata. Maintain clear communication with Language Coordinator, studio partners, and CG Leadership. Build familiarity with the Beast brand.
