1-2 years configuring and customizing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub & Service Hub) Comfortable building complex automation workflows, lists, and reports Exceptional verbal and written communication; experience running webinars or training sessions Strong relationship-building skills; empathetic listener and trusted advisor mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and basic SQL or spreadsheet-based data manipulation Organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive multiple client projects simultaneously Proficiency with project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) Experience in healthcare, wellness, or longevity industries (preferred) HubSpot Certification(s) (preferred) Exposure to virtual care platforms or EHR integrations (preferred) Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Lead virtual kickoff sessions and training workshops for practitioners and their teams Develop clear, actionable implementation plans and timelines Customize HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to align with client practice workflows Build and optimize pipelines, deal stages, custom properties, lists, and reporting dashboards Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries and proactively resolve issues Monitor client health metrics and drive interventions Work with Coaching, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience Escalate technical or clinical challenges and track resolution Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform product enhancements Document best practices and contribute to the internal knowledge base
