Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as an AI-powered Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of developing web applications using AI assistance for code generation and problem-solving. Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, with ideally 50%+ of code written by AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), demonstrating ability to effectively prompt, review, and iterate on AI-generated code. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks, such as Node.js, Express, or others, as well as familiarity with RESTful APIs. Basic understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in collaborative development environments. Strong problem-solving skills leveraging AI tools and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to team members. Motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment, staying current with AI development tools and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with product managers and other developers to understand user requirements and contribute to the design of user-friendly and efficient applications. Develop new features and components using modern front-end technologies while ensuring seamless integration with back-end services. Assist in the development and maintenance of back-end services and APIs, ensuring stability and scalability. Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces while focusing on both functionality and aesthetics. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, while also learning from their expertise. Help optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring high levels of security. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, proactively proposing enhancements and improvements to our development processes.
