- 5+ years of experience in product management in the technology industry, preferably within crypto.
- Solid understanding of AI agents and crypto product landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch.
- Desire to continue hands-on delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Capability to swiftly master new technical fields and recognize challenges and risks.
- Understanding blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts is a plus.
- Previous experience in the Web3 industry or active use of decentralized applications is a plus.
- Drive Almanak's platform product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own the delivery of applications related to data systems, machine-learning operations, and applied data science in the crypto industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize user requirements and develop product specifications.
- Apply high-level knowledge of the web application stack in discussions with engineers.
- Define metrics and achievements to evaluate product success and share insights across the business.
- Work closely with Business, Research & Engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Facilitate and lead daily Engineering rituals.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
