5+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Expert-level proficiency with: React & Redux, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, React Testing Library / Jest, Accessibility (WCAG) best practices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with distributed teams across time zones Proven success delivering performant, scalable, and accessible applications

Lead the reskin, rebrand, and UX redesign of a major digital gift card application Integrate the gift experience as a native component within a broader fintech platform Improve digital setup, customer activation flow, and overall engagement strategy Build scalable UI components with Storybook and Tailwind CSS Ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility across all features Maintain high code quality with React Testing Library and Jest Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to align technical solutions with business needs Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and distributed development teams
