5+ years experience as a Product Manager Experience leading teams, or on multi-disciplinary projects A proven track record for building and testing successful, impactful products and user experiences Examples of working with user research and data to propose solutions Experience collaborating directly with engineers Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and the Google suite Fluent English both written and spoken

Leading on Product decision-making Delivering on the product vision which involves streamlining our existing guides to be hosted on chayn.co and expanding content and features on our flagship survivor service, bloom.chayn.co Developing and promoting our newest AI tools for survivors Finding product-market fit for Diya, our vicarious trauma training Running co-design processes and consultations to ensure decisions are survivor-centered and trauma-informed Close analysis of data to inform product decisions Organisation-wide support with measurement of our strategic targets to ensure we are meeting our objectives Leading sprint planning, standups and managing our sprint board Setting and measuring quarterly OKRs Making key design decisions. Chayn does not have an in-house product designer so we contract work out or have it picked up by a dedicated group of volunteers. You will be responsible for deciding how to split work between contractors and volunteers, setting briefs and moving everything along so the engineers are never blocked. Managing our contracted User Researcher on a six-month research project exploring how people worldwide define and classify "intimate images" Working closely with our Commercial Partnerships lead to validate product pitch decks and pricing Ensuring our Head of Movement Building and Comms have the product information they need to expand our reach and impact Operationalising our Trauma-Informed Design Principles across all decision-making at Chayn and documenting how we achieve this
