Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with a strong emphasis on FP&A and strategic finance.
  • Proven track record in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Deep financial modeling expertise with demonstrated ability to build from a blank Excel sheet.
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is capable of building scalable systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple aspects of financial planning processes across the company, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner cross-functionally to build and maintain financial models that drive strategic decision making. This includes staffing models, ROI analyses, and modeling around strategic initiatives or new lines of business.
  • Create and own financial reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Leverage Equip’s internal data platform to build dashboards and reporting that enable more automated financial reporting and forecast updates.
  • Partner with the Finance Manager to maintain our internal financial planning and reporting tool.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
