Sr. Field Service Technician - Philadelphia, PA

High School Degree, Technical or similar College Degree 4-5 years of transferable experience Electrical, Mechanical, Blueprints, Schematics and PLC background Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Professional course (electrical or mechanical or automation courses) is desirable.

Perform duties to install and provide on-demand/scheduled service and training for general-purpose and industrial machines. Perform daily tasks in accordance with all Safety regulations and protocols. Identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Make adjustments and test equipment for proper operation. Coordinate pre-installation meetings with customers. Report and follow up on potential unsafe conditions. Maintain effective customer relationships. Communicate essential information to key stakeholders. Troubleshoot and repair equipment programmable logic controllers (PLC). Identify upgrade and retrofit opportunities. Design and conduct training programs. Prepare non-conformance reports and service bulletins.
