Sr. Field Service Technician - Cincinnati, OH

High School Degree, Technical or similar College Degree 4-5 years of transferable experience. Electrical, Mechanical, Blueprints, Schematics and PLC background Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Professional course (electrical or mechanical or automation courses) is desirable.

Perform daily tasks in accordance with Safety regulations and protocols. Document daily service activities and expenses accurately. Identify and resolve complex problems related to customer equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Provide technical support and training. Monitor and manage service call schedules. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Make adjustments and test equipment for proper operation. Coordinate pre-installation meetings with customers. Report and follow up on potential unsafe conditions. Maintain effective customer relationships. Communicate essential information to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and repair equipment programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Identify upgrade and retrofit opportunities. Design and conduct training programs. Prepare non-conformance reports and service bulletins. Assist with appropriate inventory sourcing levels and specific parts.
