Director, Technical Program Delivery – Partner Solutions (Remote)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related role Background in Project management, Software Development or Engineering Experience leading and delivering large-scale technical programs PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications Ability to partner with Finance to develop, track, and align program spending to budget Previous leadership experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers Experience using Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, and Miro

Lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects Develop and implement program strategies Oversee all technical aspects of program management Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams Align dependencies with other teams Provide technical guidance and mentorship Monitor program performance and metrics Identify and address potential risks Inspire creativity and process improvements
