Enterprise Product Owner, Legal Applications (REMOTE)

5+ years of Product Management experience implementing On-Prem and/or SaaS solutions Experience in working with Legal Operations/Technology Expertise in the SDLC process (scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management, testing and defect management, issue resolution) Expertise in translating business needs into clear technical requirements Strong interpersonal skills (excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, strong formal presentation abilities) Deep technical understanding to manage and solve complex technical issues Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Product Management from an accredited institution or equivalent Demonstrate best practice knowledge for Global Corporate Legal applications in a multi-country environment Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills Strong organization skills and detail-oriented Ability to manage competing/conflicting requests to build consensus and manage stakeholder expectations Adherence & collaboration with NBCUniversal project methodologies and change control processes Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed

Support legal and compliance functions Assist in the delivery of the Legal Operations applications roadmap Maintain pulse on industry and technology trends Deliver tool adoption, improved user experience, and simplified architecture Ensure a compliant and secure technology solution Partner with Business, Legal, and Engineering teams Own the delivery of new technology: discovery, scope, defining project phases, budget, vendor selection Work with Product, Engineering, and Architecture peer groups Establish and own the support team for on-going post go-live support & solution improvements
