  • Manage the full lifecycle of requirements – from elicitation and validation through to documentation and handover – ensuring clarity, accuracy, and traceability.
  • Take ownership of high-stakes stakeholder engagement, including C-level interactions, and maintain alignment across all parties.
  • Drive pre-sales activities: facilitate client workshops, identify solution fit, define scope, and collaborate on proposal creation with sales and technical teams.
