7+ years of experience in the technology sector, with a focus on security solutions, managed services, alliances, or technical pre-sales Proven experience in building and scaling Managed Security Services in collaboration with technology vendors Deep understanding of the channel reseller model and partner ecosystems Ability to translate technical security solutions into clear business value propositions for enterprise customers Strong project management and communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across technical and sales teams Comfortable engaging with senior partner and customer stakeholders Experience with SIEM, MDR, XDR, SASE, Identity or similar security technologies preferred Technical certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications) preferred Familiarity with co-sell programs, partner portals, and PRM tools preferred Strong grasp of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, HIPAA, etc.) as they relate to MSS desired
