Independently manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized clients Contribute to larger enterprise implementations as part of an implementation team Configure platform according to client requirements whilst following best practices Design and run interactive workshops that help clients reimagine their recruitment workflows Thoroughly test all configurations to ensure seamless functionality Create and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different audiences Develop and execute project plans whilst keeping everything on track and on time Identify potential issues before they become problems Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular stakeholder updates Work with sales during handovers to ensure understanding of client expectations Build trusted relationships with clients as their go-to expert Guide clients through process changes, helping them adapt to the new technology Train diverse stakeholder groups on system functionality and recruitment best practices Design and implement strategies that promote user adoption Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients are comfortable with the new system Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders
