Must be a commissioned notary public and have a valid notary license in your state. Experience with estate plan documents such as wills, trusts, and POAs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client locations. Must complete brief role-specific training and demonstrate understanding of the related documents to be notarized.
