Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or learning & development.
  • Ability to independently build and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success closing six-figure+ enterprise deals.
  • Deep knowledge of BANT, MEDPPIC, or similar qualification methodologies.
  • Skilled in outbound channels: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • CRM proficiency – preferably Hubspot.
  • Native-level English fluency – both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-value B2B clients across the UK.
  • Lead prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitch, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Understand client needs and position tailored Data & AI solutions to unlock business value.
  • Leverage Hubspot, CloudTalk, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and custom sales scripts to generate new leads.
  • Apply frameworks like BANT and MEDPPIC to track and forecast deals in Hubspot CRM.
  • Partner with founders and subject matter experts to co-create proposals and presentations.
  • Report insights from conversations to influence product development and customer success strategy.
  • Handle commercial discussions and liaise with client procurement/legal teams.
  • Represent the company as a credible voice in Data & AI transformation initiatives.
