Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or learning & development.
- Ability to independently build and manage your sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated success closing six-figure+ enterprise deals.
- Deep knowledge of BANT, MEDPPIC, or similar qualification methodologies.
- Skilled in outbound channels: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- CRM proficiency β preferably Hubspot.
- Native-level English fluency β both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-value B2B clients across the UK.
- Lead prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitch, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Understand client needs and position tailored Data & AI solutions to unlock business value.
- Leverage Hubspot, CloudTalk, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and custom sales scripts to generate new leads.
- Apply frameworks like BANT and MEDPPIC to track and forecast deals in Hubspot CRM.
- Partner with founders and subject matter experts to co-create proposals and presentations.
- Report insights from conversations to influence product development and customer success strategy.
- Handle commercial discussions and liaise with client procurement/legal teams.
- Represent the company as a credible voice in Data & AI transformation initiatives.
