Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer segments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience managing or contributing to large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams across different cultures and time zones.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention.
  • Identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, leveraging behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion)
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels to continuously improve messaging, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategies, product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the entire lifecycle.
